We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Federal Realty Investment Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating construction projects, managing contracts, and providing exceptional administrative support to the Tenant Coordination team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating project administration, including scheduling information, drawings, and project-related data.
  • Ensuring contract compliance and tracking necessary documents.
  • Preparing check requests, setting up vendors, and processing payments.
  • Reviewing AIA payment applications and PCOs for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinating with Architects, Engineers, and Contractors on project-related matters.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

The estimated salary range for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
