Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Lisinski Law Firm. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the office, including back-office and front-office operations, with a focus on client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, revenue, and operations-focused targets.

About the Role
  • Oversee all aspects of office operations, including administrative staff, client-facing teams, and business development.
  • Support the Intake and Client Success teams to reach their full potential and ensure a seamless experience for each client in their office.
  • Develop and implement business plans that cover revenue and expense controls for the local office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive employee satisfaction, client satisfaction, and revenue growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Lead numerous functions, including client-facing and administrative teams, to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with the Intake Manager to review market analysis and determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, discount rates, and promotional sales programs.
  • Oversee a team of 8-15 team members in business development, administration, client services, and reception.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and organizations to identify opportunities for growth and partnerships.
  • Support client-facing staff with existing client interactions and resolve existing client concerns by partnering with the appropriate departments.
  • Nurture local relationships with businesses within a 10-mile radius of the office by identifying advertising, sponsorship, and event opportunities.

  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, DropBox, and Case Management or related software.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English).
  • Technical and operational background preferred.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or political science.
  • 5 or more years of experience may substitute for a degree.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a GM handling back-office and customer service areas in either a retail or service-oriented field.
  • 5-7 years of experience leading and managing people.
