Key Responsibilities- Respond to high-volume incoming telephone calls and provide accurate and timely information to patients
- Assist patients with registering and canceling appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and routing of calls to the proper department
- Identify urgent customer needs or operational issues and escalate appropriately
- Efficiently navigate medical records and ensure patient information is up-to-date and accurately entered in the correct location
- Deliver high-level customer service and follow all regulatory and compliance standards
- High School Graduate
- 1 or more years of direct customer service in a healthcare setting or contact center environment
- Proficiency of Level I skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Working knowledge of EPIC or other patient/customer database
