Business Development Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Liaison to foster lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service at Houston Consumer Connect. The ideal candidate will be highly communicative, charismatic, and passionate about building connections.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and establishing business relationships with valued clients
  • IDentifying and resolving client concerns and issues in a timely manner
  • Facilitating open communication between clients, consumers, and the Client Relations Manager Team
  • Utilizing product knowledge to offer personalized purchasing experiences for clients
  • Collaborating with sales teams to ensure efficient order processing and installation date coordination
  • Documenting client information and submitting it to Senior Client Relations Managers
  • Collaborating with fellow Client Relations Managers and other Customer Service and Sales team members

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing. 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related fields is preferred.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 based on industry standards and market rates. This position offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth within our company.
