Responsibilities:
  • Case Presentation & Treatment Planning: Effectively communicate treatment options to patients, guiding them through the process with clarity and empathy. Collaborate with dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Financial Arrangements: Discuss financial aspects of treatment with patients, explaining insurance coverage, payment options, and financing plans. Ensure seamless processing of payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Dental Billing & Insurance Expertise: Process dental insurance claims electronically (E-Claims) and track their status diligently. Possess a thorough understanding of dental coding and billing procedures to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
  • Patient Communication & Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally. Build rapport with patients and create a welcoming atmosphere in the practice.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in a dental office setting.
  • Proven proficiency in Dentrix software.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance plans.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
