Responsibilities:- Case Presentation & Treatment Planning: Effectively communicate treatment options to patients, guiding them through the process with clarity and empathy. Collaborate with dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Financial Arrangements: Discuss financial aspects of treatment with patients, explaining insurance coverage, payment options, and financing plans. Ensure seamless processing of payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Dental Billing & Insurance Expertise: Process dental insurance claims electronically (E-Claims) and track their status diligently. Possess a thorough understanding of dental coding and billing procedures to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
- Patient Communication & Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally. Build rapport with patients and create a welcoming atmosphere in the practice.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in a dental office setting.
- Proven proficiency in Dentrix software.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
