Job Title: Digital Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Banking Specialist to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a Digital Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, offering technical solutions for various problems, and supporting computer and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide online and mobile banking support to clients
  • Collaborate with IT groups and vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and document support procedures
  • Identify process improvements and monitor applications
  • Stay updated on technological advancements and offer solutions for difficult technical problems
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Online and Mobile Banking Products and Services
  • Proficient understanding of PC operating systems and major Web browsers
  • Proficient understanding of First Horizon legacy systems and systems of record
  • High dependability and follow-through without supervision
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required for consideration
  • BA, BS degree or equivalent preferred
  • Two to three years of experience in bank product service/operations
  • One to two years of experience with Help Desk or equivalent technical support role
