Job Description:


As a Travel Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their travel needs. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all aspects of travel planning, including booking flights, organizing accommodations, arranging transportation, and suggesting popular tourist attractions and activities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients in selecting suitable travel packages based on their preferences and budget.
  • Provide expert advice on various destinations, including visa requirements, local customs, and attractions.
  • Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other transportation services efficiently.
  • Offer guidance on travel insurance options and assist with necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to ensure smooth arrangements for clients.
  • Handle any changes or cancellations in bookings promptly while keeping the best interest of the client in mind.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to offer innovative travel solutions.
  • Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the booking or travel process professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in the travel industry or related customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken language(s) relevant to target markets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
  • Passion for traveling and exploring different cultures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
