Position Summary:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Experience Associate to become a vital part of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing guest reservations, facilitating check-in and check-out procedures, and addressing any inquiries or requests from guests throughout their stay. The successful applicant will demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee guest reservations and manage check-in and check-out processes using our advanced reservation system.
  • Assist guests with various requests, including arranging tours and making dining reservations.
  • Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out experiences, including processing payments and distributing room keys.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and online communications promptly and professionally.
  • Support the organization and execution of events and meetings as needed.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning surfaces and replenishing supplies.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a guest service or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and reservation management tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
