The Certified Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in delivering compassionate care within the Emergency Department. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will assist in providing safe and effective nursing support to patients across various age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support nursing staff in the delivery of patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a valid Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire and a National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Experience in an acute care setting is preferred, although related experience will also be considered.
