Key Responsibilities
  • Hotel Operations: Supervise and support the Guest Services, Food & Beverage, Food Production, Engineering, Accounting, Sales, and Housekeeping departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Focus on achieving high levels of guest satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and empowerment of team members.
  • Revenue Generation: Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing revenue generation programs to drive business growth.
  • Team Development: Support the development of managerial and hourly employees through training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Financial Management: Assist the General Manager in creating financial reports and meeting corporate-imposed deadlines.
  • Safety and Security: Maintain procedures for handling the hotel safe and initiate regular safety audits.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a positive relationship with the local community and promote the hotel's services and amenities.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a Rooms or F&B department in a hotel or resort.
  • Education: A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Windows Operating Systems.
  • Certifications: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
