Case Manager

At Universal Health Services, we are committed to providing high-quality patient care and services. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering services to residents and their families, acting as a liaison between the treatment team, referral sources, community agencies, and court officials.
Responsibilities:- Maintain the integrity of the medical record of assigned residents
- Lead specific treatment team meetings
- Prepare and participate in inquiry system by taking inquiry calls and assisting in disposition of calls under the guidance of Director of Clinical Services
- Provide assistance with resident care as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or related field, or Bachelor's Degree and experience in related field, required
- Management experience with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques and an understanding of mental illness, preferred
- Must maintain a valid driver's license required
- May be required to work overtime and flexible hours
