Job Summary: As an Academic Affairs Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Division of Continuing Studies, you will play a vital role in supporting the Office of Academic Affairs. Your responsibilities will include coordinating logistics, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (30%).
- Act as primary point of contact for individuals and groups, providing organizational information (40%).
- Analyze and prepare complex records, edit documents, and review work completed by others (10%).
- Develop and disseminate communications, adhering to established policies and procedures (10%).
- Develop and implement organizational systems for maintaining accurate records (10%).
