As a Field Service Technician with BearCom, you will be responsible for installing and supporting wireless communications systems in the field.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create basic programming codeplugs for wireless devices
  • Install and configure wireless equipment, including radios, antennas, and modems
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective wireless equipment
  • Travel to customer sites and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic electronics background and knowledge of low-voltage systems
  • Experience with RF/telecommunications/networking
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel
