Key Responsibilities
  • Community Operations
    • Manage the overall administration, compliance, and maintenance of the property, with a focus on maintaining 100% occupancy.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure that all resident files and Yardi data are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
    • Review and process all resident notices, including recertification notices.
    • Comply with all aspects of Fair Housing and Harassment Awareness training and protocols.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the community's budget and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
    • Prepare and submit financial reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Human Resources
    • Supervise and train a team of employees, including leasing consultants and maintenance staff.
    • Develop and implement employee training programs to ensure that staff are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to all resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Tax Credit/Multifamily property management.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Yardi property management accounting software expertise required.
  • Formal instruction/designations such as a Certified Occupancy Specialist preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
