We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F-35 Support Equipment Field Support Representative to join our team at Lockheed Martin. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical guidance and logistics support for a broad range of F-35 Ground Support Equipment (GSE) to the US Marine Corps at MCAS Yuma, Arizona.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance and support for F-35 GSE to organizational (unit) level tenant squadron technicians, military personnel, and GSE mechanics.
- Advise internal and external customers on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of company technical products, programs, and systems.
- Provide expertise for resolving technical problems and troubleshooting products to customer satisfaction.
- Support equipment familiarization to customers on the full spectrum of F-35 SE product line.
- Work will be done at customer site and/or government bases.
- Use engineering data to determine correct equipment configuration and to identify or help define design deficiencies that limit equipment utility in the customer's environment.
- Consult with GSE equipment managers, engineers, reliability engineering, and suppliers to resolve customer equipment issues involving safety, usability, reliability, and availability.
- Collect, archive, and submit GSE readiness status.
- Identify reliability and maintainability issues that affect readiness trends.
- Aerospace Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance experience or commensurate related experience.
- Proficient in industry standard maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient using MS Office Software including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience using engineering drawings and technical data.
- Capable of working in hazardous flight line environment.
- Capable of frequently lifting and/or pushing equipment in excess of 50lbs.
- Knowledge of industrial and aircraft maintenance safety standards.
- Candidate must have final Secret clearance.
- SE data management experience.
- Military flight-line maintenance experience.
- Support Equipment maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with DoD maintenance manuals.
- Experience with military standard maintenance practices.
- Professional focused on mission success.
This position requires a government security clearance, and you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
