Responsibilities:
\u2022 Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
\u2022 Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, including toilets, sinks, faucets, and shower heads.
\u2022 Perform electrical work, including repair, replacement, and installation of outlets, lighting fixtures, and light switches.
\u2022 Responsible for snow removal at all NCC owned properties.

Requirements:

\u2022 Valid driver's license and good driving record.
