We are currently seeking a full-time support specialist to join our Quality Management team to handle daily business with direct reference to production, technology, and production-related administration.
Your key responsibilities:- You will be responsible for managing complaints and maintaining a database of internal and external issues.
- You will process and create routine evaluations and statistics to identify areas for improvement.
- You will work closely with production to develop solutions for continuously improving processes and increasing efficiency.
- You will be jointly responsible for the timely preparation and follow-up of corrective measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You will manage our internal reserve warehouse and ensure that inventory levels are accurately maintained.
- You will manage our internal pest monitoring system to prevent any potential issues.
