Your key responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for managing complaints and maintaining a database of internal and external issues.
  • You will process and create routine evaluations and statistics to identify areas for improvement.
  • You will work closely with production to develop solutions for continuously improving processes and increasing efficiency.
  • You will be jointly responsible for the timely preparation and follow-up of corrective measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • You will manage our internal reserve warehouse and ensure that inventory levels are accurately maintained.
  • You will manage our internal pest monitoring system to prevent any potential issues.
  • You will work on various interdisciplinary projects to drive innovation and improvement across the organization.
