Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Operations: Manage service operations, scheduling, logistics, and communications to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 3-5 service technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete paperwork related to billing, warranty, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports, estimates, and forecasts to help the service department achieve its goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Service advisor or warranty administrator experience is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to use multiple software programs and toggle between windows is a must.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with manufacturers, vendors, customers, and technicians.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and lead a team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
