We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our Perinatal Services department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall administration, planning, direction, evaluation, and development of the assigned department(s).
Key Responsibilities- Ensure quality patient care and evaluate outcomes of care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure high-quality patient care and departmental operations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current California RN License
- BLS from American Heart Association
- LA City Fire Card within 6 months of Employment
- Bachelor of science in nursing or greater academic degree
- Three years progressive nursing management experience
Preferred qualifications include:
- Master's degree in nursing or related healthcare field
- Nationally recognized certification
- Strong knowledge of California Children's Services (CCS) regulations
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP)
- ACLS from American Heart Association (within 6 months of hire)
- Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) Certification (within 6 months of hire)
- Experience in quality and regulatory affairs as it relates to the perinatal services domain
- Recent acute care experience in perinatal services (Labor & Delivery, Post-Partum, & NICU)
