Director of Clinical Implementation

A leading medical device company based in the Los Angeles area is seeking a seasoned Director of Implementation to drive the successful deployment of their innovative biometric sensor devices and cloud-based clinical software solutions across North America. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing clinical implementation plans, defining the clinical outcomes program, and leading implementation programs to maximize market penetration and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead the product clinical implementation and product clinical outcomes programs in collaboration with the commercial and marketing teams.
- Lead clinical support for all commercial evaluations, ensuring opportunities progress successfully through the sales cycle.
- Support the development of training programs and materials, as well as measurement and evaluation.
- Build and manage the clinical implementation team in North America.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinical facility leads.
- Identify and develop commercial Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and develop commercial KOL speaker programs to support commercial goals.
- Develop customer case studies for external use in liaison with the marketing and medical affairs teams.
- Support promotional and commercial activities at scientific conferences and expert group meetings, developing and leading commercial and clinical presentations.
- Support the gathering of market and competitive radar data.
- Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of experience in clinical implementation and/or outcome programs within the medical device industry or healthcare sector.
- Implementation experience for cloud-based clinical, decision support software programs to drive clinical benefits and outcomes.
- Experience working in both the Acute and Post-Acute Care sectors.
- Wound care experience and knowledge highly desirable.
- Strong experience in high-level presentations and negotiations.
- Prior experience managing a small team.
- Excellent oral and written communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong computer software skills, including expertise with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
- Ability to travel within North America up to 50% of the time.
