Job Summary

Telecare Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to lead our multidisciplinary team in providing exceptional mental health services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical services, standards of care, and administrative needs of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and overseeing clinical services and standards of care for clients
  • Communicating with community partners and local systems of care
  • Overseeing documentation and performing audits of clinical charts
  • Assisting with new hire orientation and ongoing training and mentorship for clinical staff
  • Recruitment, screening, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and terminations of clinical staff

Requirements:

  • Masters or higher degree in Social Services
  • Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation
  • Two years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • Experience working with mental health and substance use consumers, families, and advisory boards
  • One year in a leadership role in a relevant setting
