Kumon Center Assistant Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to student and parent inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

* Communicate effectively with students and parents during class time, addressing their needs promptly and discreetly.

* Assist with book check-in and check-out processes.

* Support the enrollment process and ensure a smooth experience for new students.

* Relay messages and parental concerns to the Instructor or Assistant Instructor in a timely and efficient manner.

* Prepare student files and maintain accurate records.

* Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that may arise.
