About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at BioLife Plasma Services. As a Medical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors, while also contributing to the success of our plasma collection operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine donor eligibility and manage donor reactions in accordance with SOPs.
  • Conduct pre-placement evaluations of new hires and maintain employee medical records.
  • Support the EHS program and assist in training employees as required.
  • Administer first aid to employees as needed and act as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS.
  • Coordinate with Center Management team and Quality to ensure successful operation standards are met.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed or certified in the state where duties will be assigned: Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification required.
  • Fulfillment of state requirements (in state of licensure) for basic IV therapy.
  • Able to satisfactorily complete the FDA approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist.
  • Minimum of two years in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
