About the Role

Pacific Rail Services is seeking a skilled and safety-minded individual to join our team as a Rail Terminal Operator. This is a permanent position with on-the-job training, offering a unique opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Spot and park intermodal freight trailers with precision.
  • Lock and unlock intermodal freight trains with accuracy.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following rules and regulations.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive starting rate of $20.06, increasing to $21.24 after 30 days and $23.60 after 6 months.
  • 401(k) plan with a $3.00 hourly contribution up to 40 hours a week.
  • Affordable healthcare and vision benefits, free dental, and life insurance.
  • 6 paid holidays, paid personal days, and vacation pay.
  • Boot reimbursement and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a 7-year background check and a drug test.
