PeopleShare is hiring for Assemblers for 1st and 2nd shift in Langhorne, PA who will be responsible for assembling a variety of finished products utilizing written procedures, blueprints, and schematics. Must be able to work independently at times.

Pay Range: $20-$25 hour based on previous experience
Hours: Mon-Fri 1ST and 2nd shift available

Assembler Job Description:

  • Assemble blast cabinets, reclaimers, dust collectors, and various sub-assemblies using written procedures and blueprints
  • Utilize basic hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks
  • Inspect and test finished products and sub-assemblies for quality assurance
  • Report material shortages and documentation errors to the supervisor
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation
Assembler Role Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school with electrical and mechanical training strongly preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
  • Must own commonly used hand tools and measuring devices
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
Assembler Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
  • Strong desire to learn and apply new knowledge effectively
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of hand, power, and measuring tools
  • Understanding and operation of pneumatic and electrical assemblies
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
