Business Intelligence Developer

Tantus Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to support a federal client. The ideal candidate will have experience with visualization platforms, ETL solutions, and complex queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business intelligence visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau.
- Develop ETL solutions using Microsoft SSIS, Hitachi Pentaho, or similar tools.
- Write complex queries and stored procedures in T-SQL.
- Analyze requirements and make recommendations for database schema design.
- Manage data warehouse relationships and views.
- Lead meetings to educate staff on new developments in the BI space.
- Ensure 508 compliance for visualizations.
- Communicate and collaborate with teams to iterate on ideas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a BI Developer.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience.
Abilities:
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Nice to Have:
- NIH experience.
Salary Range:
- $120,000-$150,000 per year.
