The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy analysis, data, reporting, and financial analysis, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development, contracting, and negotiations
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute the Pharmacy business segment strategy
  • Oversee a team focused on pharmacy strategy and business development
  • Align RFP/contract deliverables to business performance and technology strategy
  • Support forward-thinking business strategies, plans, and execution

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of pharmacy-related experience
  • 10+ years of leadership experience, managing and supervising high-potential talent
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate externally and with senior leaders and C-suite executives
