Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Hertz. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support when needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and twist, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience: 4 years of customer service experience, with 2 years of sales experience.
  • Skills: Experience in dealing directly with customers, with strong verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of customer interaction. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
