This role is a contract position that requires onsite presence. The consultant will play a crucial role in the migration of document management systems and the implementation of a new CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the COO and IT department to facilitate a vendor-led SharePoint implementation, transitioning from the current cloud platform.
  • Assist the executive team in defining and executing the implementation of DealCloud CRM, ensuring effective communication of requirements and feedback between business units and developers.
  • Evaluate and document the utilization of essential operating systems, including Egnyte, Outlook, Teams, Asana, LastPass, and Zoom, while proposing enhancements to optimize workflows.
  • Post-implementation, provide training and skill development for staff on the core operating systems in consultation with the COO.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project or program management, particularly in technology-focused roles such as Business Systems Analyst.
  • At least 5 years of experience in documenting and analyzing business processes.
  • Proven expertise in process enhancement and optimization.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to create flow charts and data visualizations.
  • Ability to bridge communication between business and technical teams effectively.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training for staff in various formats.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies; PMP certification is advantageous.
  • Advanced technical proficiency with Office 365 and collaboration tools, including SharePoint Online and Teams.
  • Experience as a CRM administrator or developer, with a strong understanding of customization, contact management, and workflow development.
