- Contribute to process development, helping us establish best-in-class processes and procedures that enable our team to grow efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with our core engineering team to provide real-time product feedback from the field, ensuring that our product meets the evolving needs of our customers.
- Improve product documentation and author knowledge base articles, making it easier for customers to find the information they need to succeed.
- Create and review product demos and internal tooling, helping to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team behind Apache Kafka, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and improvement.
- Excitement in learning about streaming data and becoming a domain expert in Apache Kafka.
- Experience in diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving customer issues.
- Desire to make customers successful through direct interaction.
- Two out of the following three: experience troubleshooting applications running on Linux, operational knowledge of Java applications, or experience with at least one mainstream distributed system.
- Confluent Certified Developer or Confluent Certified Administrator certification.
