About This Position

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining both proactive and reactive strategies for Purchasing and Supply Chain Center (PSCC), including rotating PDCA on designated activity, setting the plan, tracking progress, and following up on gaps found.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Department Business plan performance measurable and targets, forecast impact, monitor results & develop gap elimination plans to achieve Department goals
  • Develop and execute training for associates in impacted PSCC Departments
  • Perform technical in-depth analysis of current business practices and propose improvement options
  • Perform deep root cause analysis through data analysis, engage with impacted PSCC Departments and work collaboratively to understand supplier situation analysis
  • Initiate frequent, interactive discussions with other Business Units in order to ensure two-way sharing of thoughts and ideas
  • Identifies problem areas and develops effective countermeasures to correct problems or potentials problems to avoid impacting operations
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience based on education
  • Meets or exceeds requirement for exempt level 5 requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, project management, human resources, data analytics, data science, computer science; or equivalent experience
