Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at LanceSoft. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administer customer accounts, reviewing service and/or spare product requirements, and ensuring compliance with existing terms and conditions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, communicating regularly and responding to their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and submit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including quality, shipping, accounting, and order entry, to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Enter and manipulate data on spreadsheets, databases, and file management programs, performing a broad range of typing projects with high accuracy and speed.
  • Set priorities and procedures for accomplishing work, delegating tasks as needed and offering support to colleagues.
  • Collect data, conduct research, and compile information for reports and projects, using mathematical calculations and analytical skills.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, functional departments, and customers, responding to routine questions and receiving visitors.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of increasing complexity of administrative duties related office experience or demonstrated ability to perform described responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Working knowledge of R-Card.
  • Client knowledge is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of office equipment, administrative procedures, and/or terminology in functional area.
  • Ability to accurately record meeting proceedings, where applicable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite software, intermediate to advanced skill in Excel.
  • Must demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
