Position Overview:

Your efforts will ensure that these individuals receive essential resources and assistance. You will also work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, oversee educational resources, and coordinate services for at-risk immigrant populations. This position entails managing information lines and reception services, enhancing communication between our programs and the community, and providing vital support to our legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular outreach to sustain community partnerships and referrals.
  • Build relationships with faith-based organizations and community partners.
  • Coordinate services with primary stakeholders to deliver comprehensive care for clients.
  • Represent the organization at community events and outreach initiatives.
  • Oversee information lines, reception services, and legal referrals.
  • Assist immigration legal services and refugee programs with logistical support and coordination.
  • Lead recruitment and engagement efforts for ESL programs.
  • Support data entry, reporting, and grant application processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Self-driven, engaging, and organized with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with legal or social services and community resources.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (both verbal and written).
  • Preferred degree in legal or social sciences.
  • Experience in community outreach, program management, and supervision.
  • Able to work independently and effectively manage deadlines.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, insurance, and personal transportation.
  • Willingness to attend evening and weekend events as necessary.
Physical Requirements:

This role involves various physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, and computer usage. The ability to lift up to fifteen pounds is required. The position is primarily sedentary with occasional non-strenuous tasks.
