About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Windsor Fashions. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in your store, while ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 25 employees, including Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists, to achieve sales, shrink, payroll, and expense targets.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Windsor Fashions remains competitive.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Manage store budgets and financial performance to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and KPIs to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Physical Demands:

The Store Manager will be required to stand, walk, observe, bend, and push frequently. Must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Must be able to access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area, and operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store. Must be able to climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies throughout the store, and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
