- Maintain a safe and accessible warehouse environment for staff and customers.
- Label all materials with appropriate identification, including tags and documentation.
- Engage in the assembly of hose products and other related tasks.
- Participate in the cycle counting of physical inventory.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
- Occasional driving duties may be necessary.
- Proficient in reading a tape measure.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the hose industry or a related mechanical/manufacturing background preferred.
- Previous forklift operation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hose and fitting part numbering systems.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and product inspection skills.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.
- Dependable and consistent attendance is essential.
- Flexibility to adjust to shift work as needed.
- Responsible for maintaining organization of tools and cleanliness of the workstation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
