Job Description

The Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of industrial manufacturing machinery through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting support. This role will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide support to kaizen teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance on industrial manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance procedures and equipment operation.
  • Provide training and development to operators and other maintenance personnel.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in an industrial machinery-related field.
  • One to three years of experience in an industrial plant setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Good computer, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software desired, SolidWorks or Autodesk Fusion 360 preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our facility in Bend, Oregon. Pay range for this role is between $30-$40 per hour/ DOE.
