About the Opportunity
Medix™ is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our Behavioral Health team. This is a unique chance to join our organization and make a lasting impact in mental health services.

The right candidate will have a strong background in supervision, case management, and treatment planning. They will be responsible for guiding a team of CASAC Counselors, overseeing case notes, and ensuring the highest level of care for our patients.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise CASAC Counselors and oversee case notes and individual records.
  • Guide counselors in bio-psycho-social assessments and treatment planning.
  • Conduct initial mental health screenings and evaluations for patients.
  • Lead weekly supervisory meetings and participate in weekly clinical supervision with the Clinic Director.
  • Provide individual, group, and crisis therapy, and ensure vocational rehabilitation is integrated into treatment plans.
  • Serve as a member or chair of the Interdisciplinary Team for treatment planning.
  • Coordinate patient referrals to external psychiatric and chemical dependency services, ensuring follow-up and progress tracking.
  • Monitor documentation for patient treatment and reporting, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Document incidents and create corrective action plans (CAPs) where necessary.
  • Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and committees to support research and proposals.
  • Train staff on evidence-based practices and ensure compliance with patient confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the Clinic Director as needed.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling required.
  • LMSW or LMHC required; CASAC credential preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor or staff trainer.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.
  • Experience in psychological assessments and treatment services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual a plus.
