Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet sales objectives for HVAC services.
  • Identify and engage new business prospects within the commercial HVAC sector.
  • Prepare precise and comprehensive estimates for commercial HVAC projects, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing structures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with installation and service teams to guarantee smooth project execution and client contentment.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
  • At least three years of experience in HVAC sales and project estimation, ideally within the commercial sector.
  • A proven history of meeting sales goals and expanding business within the HVAC field.
  • A solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
  • A local and stable work history is essential.
