We are looking for a motivated and skilled Commercial HVAC Sales Specialist to become a key member of our team. This position plays a crucial role in fostering sales growth and delivering outstanding service in the commercial HVAC industry. The successful candidate will possess a solid work background and extensive experience in commercial HVAC installation, service, sales, and project estimation.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet sales objectives for HVAC services.
- Identify and engage new business prospects within the commercial HVAC sector.
- Prepare precise and comprehensive estimates for commercial HVAC projects, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing structures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with installation and service teams to guarantee smooth project execution and client contentment.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience in commercial HVAC installation or service.
- At least three years of experience in HVAC sales and project estimation, ideally within the commercial sector.
- A proven history of meeting sales goals and expanding business within the HVAC field.
- A solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Trimble AutoBid, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
- A local and stable work history is essential.
