Job Title: Commercial HVAC Senior Service Sales Executive

Gulfstream SP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Senior Service Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients in the Riverside area, focusing on HVAC service and maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
  2. Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Utilize a consultative sales approach to identify and pursue sales opportunities, collaborating with the engineering and service teams to develop and present customized HVAC solutions.
  3. Develop and Present Customized Solutions: Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to develop and present customized HVAC solutions that meet the client's needs, budget, and timeline.
  4. Stay Current on Industry Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor offerings to effectively position our company's services in the market.
  5. Negotiate Contract Terms: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  6. Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  7. Attend Industry Events: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay current on market trends.
  8. Provide Sales Forecasts: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting opportunities, risks, and progress towards targets.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a focus on commercial service and maintenance contracts.
  2. Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, components, and industry best practices.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Results-Driven: Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  7. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools.
  8. Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Education:
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  2. Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., NATE, LEED) are a plus.
