Key Responsibilities
  • Develop large-scale transportation projects, including highways, tunnels, and mass transit systems
  • Review and sign off on completed designs to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Perform site reviews and studies to ensure designs align with location specifications
  • Contribute to the firm's technical knowledge management (TKM) by developing white papers and technical design documentation
  • Collaborate with sales staff to create proposals in response to client requests for proposal (RFPs)
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff and mentor them for future growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Transportation, or Structural Engineering or related discipline
  • Professional engineering (PE) license
  • 7 years of related experience
  • Expert knowledge of computer-assisted design and drafting (CADD) 3D and 4D software and practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
