  • Process food and drink orders through our point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate communication with the kitchen.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Complete side work at the beginning and end of shifts as per assigned duties.
  • Maintain cleanliness in service areas to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Observe guests' experiences and address any needs or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and present the final bill, handle payments, and process transactions accurately.
  • Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes.
  • Verify guests' identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
  • Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Assist servers and other staff as required to maintain smooth operations.
  • Support cleaning and bussing of tables when necessary.
  • Express gratitude to guests for their visit and encourage future patronage.
  • Be flexible and ready to assist in various roles to ensure operational efficiency as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Strong knowledge of drink preparation, garnishing, and serving techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of our guests.
  • Familiarity with service procedures and hospitality functions.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and operating the point-of-sale system.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver trays of food weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
