About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence across multiple restaurant locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of General Managers and Shift Managers to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including labor management, food cost control, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure alignment with company standards and policies.
  • Maintain exceptional food safety practices and uphold building and property standards at each location.
  • Staff each store with a fully trained and certified management team.
  • Develop all levels of managers through continuous coaching and development.
  • Maintain a low turnover rate by retaining and developing management staff.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Area Supervisor or Operations Supervisor in a high-volume location.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Ability to reinforce accountability among locations to company standards and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work closely with General Managers and Director of Operations to achieve business goals.
