About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate physician to lead our Hudson, NC clinic. As a Primary Care Physician, you'll provide day-to-day leadership for the clinic teams and deliver exceptional patient care, acting as a champion of our Hopscotch Care Model and a culture advocate for your team and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in our comprehensive and interdisciplinary care model, delivering best-in-class outcomes and results for your dedicated patient panel.
  • Lead by example, driving execution across the team for all critical elements of clinical workflows, including documentation and coding.
  • Support integration, transformation, and ongoing operational excellence at the clinic, including comprehensive care model training, migration to athena EMR, and renovations.
  • Cultivate a culture of high performance, service to patients, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of communication, collaboration, and positivity.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of post-Residency experience.
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • Active, non-probationary North Carolina state medical license.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
