Job Summary

Frye Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze patient data to contribute to the assessment of patients
  • Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care
  • Document patient care given and assist RN with development of plan of care
  • Assist patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and mobility
  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, and other healthcare team members
