Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, establishing sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management with software engineering teams.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon offers a total compensation package that may include equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
