Job Title:
Accounts Payable Specialist

The accounts payable specialist will oversee all accounting activities to ensure accuracy and eliminate discrepancies. Responsibilities include reviewing purchase requests for correct coding and approvals, processing invoices accurately, investigating invoice discrepancies, ensuring correct pricing and cost coding on invoices, assisting with month and year-end closings, responding to accounts payable inquiries promptly, and maintaining a safe, clean, and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate invoice discrepancies
  • Ensure correct pricing and cost coding on invoices
  • Assist with month and year-end closings
