Crowne Plaza Baton Rouge is seeking a highly skilled and organized Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our hotel guests have a wonderful stay with us.

 

Responsibilities:

    • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common spaces, including the lobby, hallways, and restrooms

    • Provide excellent customer service by responding to general questions from guests during their stay

    • Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to our hotel's high standards before guests arrive

    • Perform various cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, mopping, making beds, dusting, and polishing furniture, as needed

    • Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas

    • Document rooms cleaned and report any lost and found items, damage, or repairs needed

 

Qualifications:

    • Excellent work ethic and strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

    • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products

    • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

    • Ability and desire to learn new techniques and products to clean

 

Compensation:

    • $12 - $14 hourly
