Job Overview:

Summary: As a Culinary Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing food service personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training to team members
  • Plan, delegate, and supervise tasks
  • Evaluate performance; recognize and address employee conduct
  • Manage customer feedback and resolve issues
  • Advise on procurement to reduce waste and avoid shortages
  • Ensure food quality, appropriate serving temperatures, and standard portion sizes
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment according to guidelines
  • Label, store, and date food items in accordance with policy
  • Adhere to food safety protocols
  • Safely operate food service equipment in line with policies
  • Assist in meal service and gather customer feedback
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
