We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a key member of our therapy team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral services to individuals in need of support.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one treatment to individuals in a home or community setting, implementing treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Track client progress and program data, providing regular feedback to supervisors.
- Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
- Work effectively as a team contributor, observing confidentiality and safeguarding all patient-related information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Has reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis.
