About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing individualized behavioral therapy to individuals in need of support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in a clinic setting, implementing treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
  • Track client progress and program data, understanding and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work effectively as a team contributor, observing confidentiality and safeguarding all patient-related information.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment.
  • Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and part of a team, with strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range

USD $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour
